ELLSWORTH, Margaret – of Flint, age 85, passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at her residence. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11AM Thursday, September 9, 2021, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5191 Richfield Rd, Flint, MI 48506. Rev. Fr. Roy Horning celebrant with interment at Tanner Cemetery. Family will receive visitors 11AM-2PM and 5-8PM on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423. Visitation will also take place at the hour prior to the Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be considered to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Margaret was born in Flint, Michigan on March 9, 1936, daughter of the late Martin and Elizabeth (Matta) Ososki. She married Gary Ellsworth on August 22, 1959, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She graduated from Sacred Heart Catholic School in Flint. Margaret worked for short time at AC Spark Plug. She was a member of Flint Barbie Club. Margaret enjoyed gardening, but above all she enjoyed taking care of her family which included her multiple cats.

Margaret is survived by husband, Gary; 4 children, Gail (David) Zuwala, Greg (Yvonne), Martin and Marcella (Patrick) Prevo; grandchildren, Aaron (Jeaneen) Ellsworth, Lisa (Wesley) VanEver, Kristal Ellsworth, Amber (Charlie) Beville and Jayzie; great grandchildren, Jasmine, Gavin, and Chloee Ellsworth, Dean Beville; and many other loving family and friends.
