SCHULZ-SHELTON, Evelyn L. – of Flint, age 94, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Flint Memorial Park. Bishop Bruce Badder and Pastor Vaughn Eller will co-officiate.
Evelyn Laverne Knight was born in Sanford, MI on June 27, 1926, daughter of Carl F. and Rilla Mae (Roberts) Knight. She was very devoted to the Bible. Evelyn loved to read and watch anything pertaining to the Bible. She took great pride in sending out cards to family members for special holidays and events. Evelyn worked for General Motors for 36 years.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Allan (Nicole) Schulz, Brenda Letourneau, Thomas (Ruth) Schulz, Kenneth (Diane) Schulz; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two children, Carolyn Brown and Douglas Schulz; one sister, Hazel.
