CRAMPTON, Don Chris – of Otisville, age 85, passed away February 23, 2014 at home. A Funeral Service will be held 2 PM Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Tom Trumbull officiating. Burial will be in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 PM Wednesday, 10 AM-2 PM Thursday.
Don was born in Otisville, MI on July 13, 1928, son of the late William and Muriel (Clohs) Crampton. He married Dorothy Louise Cook on December 27, 1950 and she preceded him in death on August 21, 2004. He was a Dairy Farmer and a member of Michigan Milk Producers Association.
Don is survived by his children, Ruth (Chuck) Provance, Donna (Dirk) Rinz, Allen Crampton, Mark (Amy) Crampton; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, William Crampton; sisters, Lucille Sanborn and Lila Linson. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
