Age 92, of Burton, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 13, 2025.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Janet’s tribute wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.
Janet was born on February 22, 1933, in Flint, Michigan, the beloved daughter of Ernest and Violet (Brown) Nicholas. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Paul Hyde, with whom she shared 69 wonderful years.
Janet will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Brenda Ruddell (Doug) and Pamela Hyde (Bobby); her eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Paul; her parents, Ernest and Violet; and her two brothers, Everett and Jim.
Janet’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Service will be held at a later date.
