MORRISON, RAMONA ARNETT – Of Grand Blanc, age 74, went to Heaven on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 in Parker, Arizona.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Monday, January 15, 2024 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, with Pastor Nate officiating via livestream.
Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 10:00am on Monday until the time of service.
Arnett was born in Albertville, Alabama on June 11, 1949, the daughter of the late Erskin and Velda (Dobbins) Goble. She was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in Cary, NC and attended Heritage Baptist Church in Grand Blanc, MI. She was passionate about her love of Jesus, family and friends. Her grandchildren were the loves of her life.
She enjoyed church activities, sports, traveling, cruises, shopping and cards.
She leaves behind children, Mark and wife Kari Georgopulos of Cadillac, MI and Angie and husband Steve Hudgins of St. Antonio, TX;
4 grandchildren, Marina, Olivia, Abby and Emma;
2 great-grandchildren, Briley and June;
sisters, Betty Carpenter of Flint, Marion and husband Don Leeseberg of Flushing;
brother, Ron and wife Diane Goble;
numerous nephews, nieces and best friend, Lorraine Cox;
along with others.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Morrison; son, Nicco Georgopulos; parents, Erskin and Velda Goble.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Arnett’s memory are suggested to Rebecca’s Reason.
