Pamela's journey began on June 23, 1954, in the heart of Flint, Michigan, where she was welcomed as the cherished daughter of the late Bernard and Ruth (Gay) Eddy. It was in Flint that she sealed a lifelong commitment with Robert Vermette on April 14, 1973. A graduate of Kearsley High School in 1972, Pam forged a path of dedication and hard work, ultimately retiring from AC after an impressive 30 years of service.

Pam's life was adorned with the vibrant colors of her favorite pastimes. She found solace and joy in the art of gardening, nurturing her flowers with a tender touch. Together with Bob, she created lasting memories on the golf course, their shared passion bringing them even closer. Their adventures took them far and wide, from the tranquility of Winter Haven, Florida, to the scenic beauty of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, where they would eagerly collect agates and marvel at the enchanting Northern Lights.

Yet, amidst all these cherished moments, Pam's heart truly belonged to her family. Her greatest joy was found in the company of her children and grandchildren, each gathering a celebration of love and connection. Through the years, Pamela Vermette crafted a life rich in love, laughter, and unforgettable experiences, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to share in her journey.

Pam is survived by her husband, Bob Vermette; 2 daughters, Melanie (Jeff) Losey and Becky (John) Sukup; 6 grandchildren, Ryan, Kameron (Kyara), Sarah, Jordan, Gavin and Lily; sister, Donna McDermitt; brother, Grant (Sandra) Eddy; best friend, Shirley Formolo; many other loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Ruth Eddy; 3 siblings, Marcia Eddy, Paula Morrison and Bernie Eddy; best friend, Mary Beth Brown.
