DOYLE, Patrick “Pat” Francis – of Grand Blanc, MI, age 77, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, surrounded by family. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday, August 27, 2026 at St. Mark Evangelist Catholic Church, 7296 Gale Road, Grand Blanc, MI 48439; Fr. David Howell celebrant. The family will receive visitors 3-7 PM Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423 and 10-11 AM Thursday, August 27, 2026 at St. Mark Evangelist Catholic Church. Deacon Ron Kenney will pray a Rosary at 6 PM Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Prayer Center, G-2381 E. Carpenter Rd., Flint, MI 48505 or No Neighbor Left Behind (NNLB) Knights of Columbus 6742, C/O Joe Buffa, 345 Pagels Ct., Grand Blanc, MI 48439 (Please note "NNLB" in the memo line), in Pat’s honor.
Pat was born on July 11, 1949, in Flint, Michigan, to the late James and Della (Anslow) Doyle. He graduated cum laude from St. Matthew Catholic School in 1967. Over his career, Pat worked at H&D Tuxedo and co-owned Las Vegas Knights, a casino entertainment rental business. In retirement, Pat and his beloved wife, Carol, embraced their love of travel, exploring the world together. An avid outdoorsman, Pat found joy in hunting and fishing, and he never turned down a good game of cards or board games with family and friends. Deeply grounded in his faith, Pat was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and his dedication to service and volunteering knew no bounds. He poured his energy into serving his community with No Neighbor Left Behind (NNLB) and the St. Francis Prayer Center on Carpenter Road, delivering furniture and household necessities to local families in need.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Carol (Barth) Doyle; his two sons, Ryan (Bethany) Doyle of Burton and David (Amanda) Doyle of Traverse City; his cherished five grandchildren, Anna, Jackson, Weston, Della, and Colton; six siblings, Mary Drevon, Sr. Mary Jacinta Doyle, John Doyle, Joseph Doyle, Christine Doyle, and Michael (Kalli) Doyle; along with many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. Pat was preceded in death by his brother, James Doyle; his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Doyle and Betty Doyle; and his brother-in-law, Paul Drevon.
