BRADLEY, Bruce James - Age 75, of Swartz Creek, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024. A Memorial Mass will take place at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 310 N. Cherry Street, Flushing. Fr. Jonathan Perrotta will preside with committal service following in Yerian Cemetery. Prior to the Mass, visitation will take place from 10:00 AM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may direct memorial contributions to St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church.

Bruce was born on October 18, 1948 in Detroit the son of the late John and Elizabeth (Grabkee) Bradley. He graduated from St. Michaels Catholic High School, class of 1967. Following high school, Bruce enlisted into the United States Army, proudly serving during the Vietnam War from 1968 until his honorable discharge in 1971. He continued his education at Mott Community College, receiving an associate degree in skilled trades. Bruce and Darla Grantham were united in marriage on September 23, 1977 in Flint. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, yard working and riding the motorcycle.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Darla Bradley; daughter, Bethany (Todd) Bridges; grandsons, Bradley and Blake Bridges; siblings, Barry (Jackie) Bradley, Jackie (Robert) Peek, Blaise (Sharon) Bradley, Christine Peek and Brian (Vicky) Bradley; and several nieces and nephews.
