SPENCER, LAURA (ADKINS) – Of Flint, age 77, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026.
Memorial visitation will be held from 4-8pm Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Laura was born in Flint, Michigan on June 14, 1948, the daughter of the late Otto and Ruth (Richmond) Adkins.
Laura was a radiant soul who departed leaving behind boundless love and cherished memories. She was blessed with an extraordinary heart that touched countless lives, especially her family.
Laura could always be found boutiquing with her aunt Diane in the UP and spending time with her family and friends.
Her legacy will shine brightly, and she will be deeply missed and remembered with unwavering joy.
Laura is survived by her son Todd Brancheau, daughter Carey (Mark)Lee, grandchildren, Michael (Keila) Gring, Kelsi (Zac) Alexander, Tori (Timmy) LaPorte, Tasha Burdgick, Kala West, Kisha Franklin; 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Kim (Buffy) Adkins and Kristi (Mike) Chilson, 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth and brother Gary Adkins.
