SMITH, Joseph David – of Bad Axe, age 59, passed away April 25, 2018 at Huron County Medical Care Facility. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Huron County Medical Care Facility, 1116 S. Van Dyke Rd., Bad Axe, MI 48413.
Joseph was born in Flint, MI on July 1, 1958, son of David and Dolores (Inglot) Smith. Joseph was a jack of many trades. He had a passion for motorcycles and classic cars.
Joseph is survived by his mother, Dolores (Otis Matteson) Smith; siblings, Kathy Dolan, Sandy (Dave) Josling, Dave Smith and Lori Miller; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, David Smith. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of Huron County Medical Care Facility for all their wonderful care.
