HARDACRE, David Alan Jr. - Age 43, of Burton, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021. Private service will take place Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd, Grand Blanc. Public visitation will take place from 11 AM until 2 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Association.
David was born on August 14, 1977 in Flint the son of David and Linda (Johnson) Hardacre. He was a jack of all trades. David worked as a diesel mechanic, an electrician and in construction. He was a member of the Operating Engineers' Local 324. David and Lori Edmondson were united in marriage on July 13, 2019. He was an avid mud trucks fanatic and was a member of the "Got Mudd." In his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with and helping his family and friends. David was always there to help. His last gift was donating his organs to the Gift of Life to those in need.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lori Hardacre; children, Nicole, Makayla, Trevor and Madison Hardacre; step-children, Matthew and Emily Brown; mother, Linda Hardacre; father, David Hardacre Sr; siblings, Michael (Sonja) and Brian (Sam) Hardacre; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Frances and James Koon; best friend, Randy Edmondson; and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
