Keeler, William Andrew – of Grand Blanc age 76 passed away on January 23, 2022 at Saginaw Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on May 2, 2022 at 1:00pm with one hour of visitation prior to the service at Hill Funeral Home -11723 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc, Michigan. Inurnment will follow the service at 2:30pm at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan.
Bill, born December 14, 1945 in Flint. He was the only child of Harold and Blanche Keeler, both deceased. Bill proudly served our country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army where he was awarded the Purple Heart. Bill retired from IBM after many years. Once retired he followed his passion and was a Sales Representative for golf equipment. He was a member of the Flint Elks Club since 1973. Bill enjoyed golfing with his fellow Elk members as well as skiing, fishing and watching sports.
Bill is survived by his wife, Sandy; children Chip (Tammy) Becker, Barb (Brian) Bailey, Patrick Becker, and Joe Becker. Grandchildren; Nicholas (Lauren) Bailey, Chris Bailey, Brenden Becker, Sean Becker, Ashley Becker, Jamie Becker, Jack Becker, Kelsey Becker, Jake Becker, Kali Becker, Bobbie Becker, Charlie Becker, and Matthew Becker. As well as many good friends. Special thanks to nurses Candace Wiedyk, Kelly Wahl and everyone at the Saginaw Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center for their compassion and loving care.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center 1500 Weiss, Saginaw, MI 48602; Attention Voluntary Service. The Check can be made out to Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center.
