Vancise, Lisa Ann - Age 56, of Fenton, died October 24, 2023. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Saturday, October 28, 2023 at St Augustine Catholic Church, 6481 Faussett Rd., Howell. Interment at St. Augustine Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Friday, October 27 at Sharp Funeral Home, Fenton Chapel 1000 Silver Lake Rd. Fenton; and from 10 AM Saturday, October 28 until the time of the service at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to a charity of choice to benefit children.
Lisa was born August 13, 1967 the daughter of Albert and Esther (Marzluft) Vancise. She was a 1985 graduate of Hill McCloy High School in Montrose. Lisa furthered her education at The University of Michigan in Flint graduating in 2007 with a BS in Elementary Education. Lisa adored kids and they adored her! Lisa worked in child care and education for many years, at Flint Community Schools, General Motors Child Development, Grand Blanc Community Schools, Genesee Education Consultant Services, and the Jewish Community Center of Greater Ann Arbor. She most recently worked for Meijer in Hartland. She was very artistic and loved to draw. Lisa was also a talented musician. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and former member of Mt. Zion Catholic Center in Flushing.
Lisa is survived by her parents, Al and Esther; 2 sisters, Christine Morse, and Amy (Chad) Hall; nieces and nephew, Naomi Morris, Scott and Carisa Hall. She was preceded in death by her infant sister, Caroline. Tributes may be shared on the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
