BOWLES, Jacqueline - Of Otisville, age 93, died Saturday, April 2, 2022 at her residence.
Per Jacqueline’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Jacqueline was born in Holcomb, Mississippi on September 30, 1928, the daughter of the late Raymond and Ruth (Gremore) Davis. On August 24, 1946, she married Donald Bowles in Flint. Jacqueline raised four boys and then started Sippin Lizard. She was a seamstress for Louie Sills Drapery Company. Jacqueline also taught at U of M Flint Theater Department teaching sewing and costume design.
Surviving are husband, Donald M. Bowles;
Sons, Paul M. Bowles of Killaloe, Ontario, David S. (Irene) Bowles of Bradenton, FL, Mark C. (Denise) Bowles of Grand Blanc, MI and Kirk S. (Yvonne) Bowles of Otisville, MI;
8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren;
and brother-in-law, Francis Edwin Bowles of Virginia Beach.
