WALTER, Larry James – of Flint, Michigan, age 75, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place, and no services will be held.
Larry was born in Traverse City, Michigan, on May 31, 1951, the son of the late Marshall and Eva (Nielson) Walter. He married the love of his life, Deborah, on May 31, 1990, in Flint, Michigan, beginning a marriage filled with love and companionship. Larry retired from General Motors after 32 years of dedicated service. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting whenever he had the opportunity, and spending time with his friends. Above all, Larry will be remembered as a handsome, caring, and gentle man whose kind heart and warm spirit touched everyone who knew him.
Larry is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Walter; daughter, Lindsey (John) Price; grandchildren, Morgan Price, Nathan French and Brandon French; brother, Norman Walter; many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by both parents; siblings: Christoper Walter and Janice Stewart.
