ELKINS-DELEO, Beverly “Bea” – of Burton, age 67, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at her residence. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, in Beverly’s memory.
Beverly was born in Flint, MI on December 18, 1954, daughter of the late Marvin and Barbara (McFarland) Elkins. She married Wayne “Joe” DeLeo and he preceded her in death on August 4, 2018. She worked as an administrative assistant in behavioral health for many years. Bea enjoyed bowling and playing her candy crush.
Beverly is survived by her loving daughter, Sarah M. DeLeo; son, Justin Fischer; siblings, Dave (Fran) Elkins, Melvin (Cheryl) Elkins, Doug (Tammy) Elkins and Rose Coley; and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by brother, Marvin Elkins, Jr.
