Zayn Fletcher, age 2 months, of Mount Morris, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at home. A funeral service will take place at 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris, with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be present to receive friends from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, on Friday, and again on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Zayn was born in Flint on July 14, 2021, the son of Mr. Jonathan Fletcher and Miss Amber Stebbins. Zayn had a smile that was larger than life and was a very loving baby that thrived on snuggles and cuddles. Zayn loved it when his brother tickled his toes and played with him. When Zayn's parents couldn't get him to sleep, they would play songs from Lincoln Park and he would fall right to sleep. Zayn loved anything shiny, especially balloons. He was very active and loved looking around. Like his big brother Alyric, Zayn loved to eat. He will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish Zayn's memory are his parents: Jonathan Fletcher and Amber Stebbins; brother: Alyric Fletcher; grandparents: Scott Stebbins, Jason and Laura Fletcher, Florlisa Stebbins; great-grandparents: Jimmy Reaves, Sr., Robert Fletcher, Patricia Fletcher, Casey and wife, Risa Jones; aunts and uncles: Jared Stebbins, Taylor Stebbins, Matthew Stebbins, Joel Fletcher; special cousin: Skylar Fletcher; several other family members.
Zayn was preceded in death by his great-grandparents: Nancy Reaves, Herbert Stebbins, Judy Fowler, Marvin Fowler.
