KINDER, Ruthann – of Merritt, MI, formerly of Davison, age 78, passed away Monday,
April 10, 2023. A Graveside Service will be held 1 PM Friday, April 14, 2023, at Flint
Memorial Park Cemetery, 9506 North Dort Highway, Mt. Morris, MI 48458; Pastor Sarah
LaRose-Nettell officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made
to American Cancer Society, in Ruthann’s memory.
Ruthann was born in Flint, Michigan on July 11, 1944, daughter of the late Richard and
Mary Ware. She graduated from Davison High School in 1962 and married JT Kinder
following, raising their son Lee.
Ruthann retired as a school bus driver bus #8, from Davison Community Schools, and
was loved by many. She also loved shopping, taking care of her granddogs, long walks
in the summer and spending time with family.
Ruthann is survived by her loving husband, JT; son, Lee Kinder; sisters, Ardith Russell,
Janet Fry; sister-in-law, Christy Ware; and many other loving family members and
friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Frank, Richard, and David; sister, Marge; brothers-in-law, Jerry Russell, Tom Cronkright and Ken Fry; sister-in-law, Ann Ware.
