DeMoss, Coleen Marie - Age 74, of Grand Blanc, passed away January 5, 2025. Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Friday, January 17; and 10 AM until the time of the service at 11 AM on Saturday January 18 Those desiring may make contributions to the Race Against Dementia. (https://www.raceagainstdementia.com). Coleen was born January 5, 1951 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Melvin K. Nelson and Rosalie Marie (Funsch) Nelson. She was a 1969 graduate of Southwestern High School. Coleen's career started with General Motors where she worked for many years. She then worked in Real Estate for ReMax for many years. She was a member of the East Central Area Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Surviving are: her son Sean G. DeMoss of Grand Blanc; two grandchildren, Patrick DeMoss and Raeann Roberts; brother Kurt Nelson of Flint; brother-in-law Harvey Taylor of Flint; former sister-in-law, Pamela Spohn; niece Tracy (Mark) Klimek; nephews, Michael Nelson, Jeff Nelson, Brian (Carrie) Taylor, Jeremy (Heather) Spohn, Jeff Spohn, and Jason (Cassandra) Spohn. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Jenny Taylor; and sister-in-law Diane Nelson; and former brother-in-law Stephen Spohn. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
