BOVEN, Kerry – of Flint, MI, age 56, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 12 Noon Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 N. Dayton St., Davison. The family will receive visitors from 3-7 PM Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Outreach East.
Kerry was born in Flint, on August 10, 1964, son of Michael Boven and Dru Seybold. He graduated from Flint Southwestern High School in 1982. Kerry loved antique automobiles and going to Back to the Bricks. He enjoyed music and was a DJ in his spare time. Kerry liked playing all sports and enjoyed sporting the “team gear”.
Kerry is survived by his mother, Dru (Ken) Seybold; father, Michael (Jackie) Boven; son, Blake Copeland; sister, Alisha (Luther Johnson) Boven; special partner, Sheila Copeland. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Patrick and Terrence.
