Joseph Edward Waters was born on October 5, 1957, in Flint, Michigan, the son of John Waters and Arlene (Motter) Waters.
Joseph is survived by his brother; John Waters, his two sisters; Jeri Wilson and Jenelle Sutton, his son; Benjamin Germain, many nieces, nephews, and many friends that were considered family.
Joseph is preceded in death by his father; John Waters, his mother; Arlene Waters, his sister; Nikki Sabo, and his brother; Jeff Waters. |
