Dorothy Lorraine Revoldt, age 92, of Grand Blanc passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022. Dorothy was born on December 3, 1929 in Flint, Michigan to parents Tessie (Brown) Liddell and James Alex Liddell. Dorothy worked in receiving and retail sales at Sears & Roebuck, at Renn’s Toy Store in Jacksonville, North Carolina and as an Avon representative. Dorothy was a devoted wife to husband Leo. Dorothy and Leo were married on May 14, 1949 at Burton United Methodist Church. When Leo served in the Marines, Dorothy relocated with him to San Diego, California and Camp Legeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Dorothy enjoyed hunting with Leo and other family members, snowmobiling with family, card games, baking, her birthday club lunches, word search puzzles and spending time with family and friends. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents, husband Leo Revoldt, brother Clifford Liddell and niece Cheryl Liddell. Dorothy is survived by brother Stanley (Gladys) Liddell, sister Leah (Stan) Koon, brother Jim (Fran) Liddell, brother Dan (Arliss) Liddell, brother Bert (Jan) Liddell, sister-in-law, Jackie Liddell, many nieces and nephews. A Funeral service will take place at 1:30 on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc with visitation from 11:00a.m. until time of service. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to The American Cancer Society or Wellspring Hospice. Special thanks to the team at Wellspring Senior Services of Frankenmuth, Brenda Upponen, Dorothy’s long time faithful aide, nieces Kim Brown, Cindy Powell, Sharon Socia, Sabrina Liddell, Shannon Liddell and nephews Darrell Liddell and Rick Liddell for their ongoing care and support.
