CARL LOUIS COX “SKIP”, age 68 of Otisville, passes away at home on Saturday August 19, 2017, in the presence of his wife Christine. Carl was born on November 22, 1948 in Detroit MI. to Carl and Luella Cox. He attended Redford High School in Detroit, after school Skip served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Upon his return form service he moved to California to begin his extensive career in Steam Ships, and international trade. Skip and Christine returned to MI., to be closer to friends and family where he worked as a bus driver for GISD. Skip and Christine Loved to travel and saw many Amazing things, people and place. Skip is survived by his Wife Christine; daughter Vickie and Daniel Frey; grandchildren: Abigail and Patrick; Niece Kay (Chuck) Musich; Nephew Allen (Deb) Harshaw; great nieces and Nephews: Luka, Sonny, Alaina, and Charlotte Musich, as well as many cousins, other family members and close friends. Special thanks to hospice for their support, during this challenging time. A memorial gathering will be planned at a later date. |
