BALLMER, ROBERT – Of Clio, age 92, died Monday, February 3, 2025 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2025 at South Flint Tabernacle, G-3450 South Saginaw Street, Burton, Reverend Jason McGhee officiating.
Burial in Thetford Township Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to South Flint Tabernacle Building Fund.
Visitation 11 a.m. Thursday until the time of the service at the church.
Robert was born in Waldron, Michigan on September 20, 1932, the son of the late Moody and Lydia (Davidson) Ballmer.
He married his sweetie, Catherine on December 29, 1993.
He loved to work with wood making special projects.
He loved the Lord; the most important thing to him was the Holy Spirit reading the Word, and to “pray, pray, pray”.
Surviving are wife, Catherine;
children, Dawn (Royce),
Richard,
Terry (Sara),
Shelley (Ron) and
Brian;
11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren;
brother, Russell Ballmer; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Lawrence and sister, Ruth.
