THOMAS, Joyce. – of Clio, age 66, went home to our Lord Saturday, February 1, 2014 at McLaren of Flint. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at First Baptist Church, 2400 King Rd., Bridgeport. Pastor R. B. Ouellette officiating. Burial to follow in Thetford Township Cemetery. Friends may call at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Tuesday from 1-9 PM and at the church on Wednesday from 11 AM until time of services at 1 PM. Contributions may be made to Huff N Puff Lung Support Group.
Joyce was born September 11, 1947 in Flint to the late Wexford and Edna (Benedict) Earegood. She lived in Clio over 40 years. Joyce was a member of First Baptist Church of Bridgeport, Huff N Puff Lung Support Group and the Clio Senior Center. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards.
Surviving are: husband, Roy Thomas; children, Wayne Stiven of Jackson Roy (Jennifer) Thomas of Clio, Jeff Thomas of Clio, Stacy Thomas of Clio, Nancy Bernalewski of MO, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Thomas of MO; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Wayne (Maryland) Earegood of Lake City; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends including, Rick Taddonio.
