BLOCH, David Edward - Of Davison, age 69, passed away at home Friday, January 11, 2019.
Funeral service will be held 2pm Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Pastor Daryl Taylor officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Visitation 2-4pm and 6-8pm Monday and 11am Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
David was born in Detroit on January 13, 1949, the son of Theodore and Anna (Cutter) Bloch. David retired from General Motors as a Mechanical, Electrical and Professional Engineer. David was the epitomy of health as he enjoyed life. He was a member of OPW, Buick Auto Club, WideTracters, Ski Club and Bicycle Club. David also enjoyed running in Marathons. He finished 2 marathons, 2 half marathons and 14 Crim Races.
Surviving are daughter, Jennifer;
sister, Donna and husband Fred Tomchuck;
brother, Theodore Jr. Bloch;
nephews Michael and Daniel;
niece, Katherine Tomchuck;
and ex-wife, Irina,
