HUTCHISON, Elizabeth Mae – Of Burton, age 90, passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at her residence.
Per Elizabeth’s wishes, cremation has taken place and A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12 Noon, Friday, March 18, 2022 at the Grand Blanc Moose Lodge on Howe Road in Burton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to McLaren Hospice in Elizabeth’s name.
Elizabeth was born in Shiawassee County on June 25, 1931, the daughter of the late Stella and Howard Cook. She was a member of VFW #2777 Woman’s Auxiliary. Elizabeth enjoyed craft shows, decorating, gardening, watching game shows and the television show, Law and Order. Above all else, Elizabeth loved spending time with her family.
Surviving are children, Sherry (Art) Dobbs, Connie (Richard) Jarrett, Lisa (Dave) Wick, Gloria (Fran) Hunt and Gary Jr. (Jennifer) Hutchison;
Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren;
Brother, Gary Cook;
2 sisters, Barbara and Joann;
And several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Gary Sr., daughter, Vicky Marie VanBlaricum.
