SALAVICS, Pamela. – of Mt. Morris, age 65, died Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Mr. Christopher Pangerl officiating. Burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11AM until 8PM and on Saturday from 10AM until the time of service at 1PM. Contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.
Pam was born August 17, 1948 in Flint to the late James Sr. and Martha (Shocknessee) Hart and was a resident of Mt. Morris her entire life. She married John Salavics on August 9, 1975 in Flint. Pam was employed at Meijer’s on Pierson Rd. for 31 years. She was a member of the Flint Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #629. She enjoyed bowling, Dancing and spending time with her family.
Surivivng are; husband, John; daughter, Melissa Salavics (David Damon) of Mt. Morris; 2 grandchildren, Devin and Aaron; brother, James A. (Karen) Hart of Flint; brothers in law, Joe (Shirley) Salavics and George (Darnell) Salavics of Swartz Creek; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Ron and Pam Liske and their daughter, Courtney, Rob and Kim Miller, Doug Kowalski, Hans Olsen - all of Hubbard Lake.
