CRIST, Renée Danielle - age 41, of Grand Blanc, died July 31, 2021. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday, August 6, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, MI 48430 with Pastor Scott Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Argentine Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday and 11 AM - 1 PM Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Donald Crist for the Crist College/Education Fund. Renée was born June 22, 1980 in Flint, the daughter of Daniel and Tina (Chittick) Phalen. She married Donald Crist on October 29, 2004. Renée had a contagious smile and to know Renée was to love and be loved. Everyone that knew her was fortunate to have experienced the real meaning of unconditional and all-consuming love. She was the best wife, mother, daughter, sister and Aunt Nae Nae. Renée enjoyed life to the fullest and embraced living in the moment. She enjoyed one-wheeling, listening to music, being in the outdoors and her friends and family. Renée worked as the General Manager of her brother, Danny's company, Rain Soft of Northern Michigan. Surviving are: husband, Donald Crist; two children, Karson and Kennedy Crist; mother, Tina (Dave) Riley of Linden; sister, Katie Phalen of Grand Blanc; brother, Danny (Brooke) Phalen of Linden; grandmother, Lucille Chittick; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Dona and Bill Crist of Cheboygan; brothers-in-law, Jerry (Wendy) Neff of Onaway and Dustin (Jessica) Crist of Grand Blanc; sister-in-law, Kim Barker of Cheboygan; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
