WEST, Jerry Lyle - Age 79, of Whittemore, formerly of Linden, passed away April 28, 2022. Graveside Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, 2020 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc. Jerry was born December 5, 1942 in Detroit, the son of Lyle and Anna Mae (Inman) West. He married his high school sweetheart, Linda West on January 25, 1964. Jerry retired from General Motors, Local #659. He and his wife traveled extensively. Following retirement, they enjoyed camping. Devoted to family, he was a very involved grandfather, never missing an event. Jerry loved sweets and enjoyed horses and working on cars. He is survived by his daughters, Victoria (Richard) Coppler and Kimberle (Walter) Mahan-West; grandchildren, Jacqulyn (Ryan) Kildow, Aaron Coppler, Andrew Coppler, and Makayla (Dylan) Hillier; one great grandson, Owen Kildow; brother-in-law, Merwin "Butch" Main; several nieces and nephews.
