SNIDER, ARLENE F. - Of Grand Blanc, Michigan/Parrish, Florida, age 67, died Wednesday, April 12, 2023 in Florida.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 5, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Arlene was born in Holly, Michigan on September 27, 1955, the daughter of the late Donna Alexander.
She married Randy Snider in 1989, where they stayed lifelong friends since the early 70’s.
Arlene was in the bail bonds business for over 40 years she was owner of Flint Bonding for half of her career.
She had many friends and family and touched many people’s lives due to her career and kind heart and generosity.
Later in life she bought a second home in Florida due to her love for warm weather. There she made great friends, who she truly cared about in the Gardens community.
She loved Lions games, beaches, sunsets, shopping, warm weather, traveling and giving.
She was known for the best fried chicken, macaroni salad and banana pudding.
Above all else, Arlene loved family and friends, especially her grandchildren and being happy.
Surviving are son, Andre’ (Taletha) Alexander;
daughter, Melissa (AJ Myers) Snider;
grandchildren, Taryn (Josh) Connell, Megan (Lauren) Graham, Avante’ Alexander, Vito, Enzo, Mason Myers and another on the way; Hartlee (Amber) Sparks and Zane Sparks;
great-grandchildren, Paisleigh Connell and another on the way;
brother, Joe (Erin) Alexander; many cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Alexander; grandson, Kodi Alexander and grandparents.
