SPARKS, Harry James - Age 76, of Burton, died April 23, 2023. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Thursday, April 27 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Pastor Andy Auclair officiating. Interment in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be 10AM Thursday April 27 until time of service at 12 PM at the funeral home.
Harry was born March, 3, 1947 in Flushing the son of Joseph and Christine (Wagnetz) Sparks. He was a graduate of Flint Central High School. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Harry married Margaret Carole Nelson on August 1, 1986. He was self employed working as a tile setter. He loved NASCAR and The Green Bay Packers.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years of Margaret; four children, Jim (Sue) Sparks of Flint, Marci Beck (Keith Bartol) of Green Bay, WI, Dwayne Beck of Flint, Misty Sparks Mcpherson (Josh Mcpherson0 of Flint; grandchildren, Sierra, Scott, Sydni, Sawyer, Erika, Ben, Nicholas, Justin and Emily; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; eleven siblings; grandson, Leon. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
