Age 55, of Burton, beloved son of Gary and Karen Anderson, passed away unexpectedly Monday, April 18, 2022 of natural causes. To honor his wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family on Michael’s Tribute Wall at detroitcremationsociety.com.
Michael Scott Anderson was born on November 27, 1966, in Flint, the son of Gary and Karen (Kinnish) Anderson. Mike was self-employed, he was a self-taught talented skilled tradesman. For many years he was involved in flipping houses and could transform a run down old place into a beautiful home, inside and out. Nothing seemed too hard for him to build to fix to install, electrical or mechanical, he made it look easy. Mike enjoyed fishing, hunting and taking long walks in the woods.
Kelli (Wilhite) and Mike Anderson had three beautiful children together. Mike is survived by Cory, Kortnee, Katelyn and Kahrin (like a daughter to him) and his precious grandson, Elijah, all whom will cherish his memory forever. He will be sorely missed by his only sibling, his brother Tom, and Tom's very significant other, Culise. His quiet tender sweet spirit will also be sadly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Mike is gone but never to be forgotten. He leaves behind sweet memories for all, and especially for those who can look around with a smile, and sometimes amazement, and see the things he has built, repaired, or installed.
His mother Karen and his maternal and fraternal grandparents preceded him in death. |
