MERROW, Lewis Duane -- Age 81, of Flint, died, May 2, 2014 at Genesys Health Park, Grand Blanc. Funeral services will be held 11AM Monday, May 5 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Visitation will be held 4-9 PM Sunday. Interment in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly.
Lewis was born October 30, 1932 in Swartz Creek the son of Irvin and Rachel (Hodges) Merrow. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army. He retired from GM.
Surviving are: 6 children, Scott (Diane) of Saginaw, Blade (Jackie) of Flint, Tracey Vandenboss of Byron, Ronald (Helen) of Byron, Brice (Sue) of Byron, Dawn (Mark) of Fenton; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Carolyn and Joy.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
