KELLEY (BROWN), Edna L.- Of Flint, age 100, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at home.
A private burial will be held at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery and a memorial celebration will take place at a later date.
Edna was born in Flint, Michigan on March 19, 1922 the daughter of the late John and Emma (Sutter) Bauman. She married Clair J. Brown on August 14, 1943 and they happily raised 3 children together. He preceded her in death in 1973. On June 19, 1982 Edna married Rudell D. Kelley in Flint. Edna loved animals, especially her puppies. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and she will be dearly missed.
Surviving are children, Jim (Ann) Brown of Wickenburg, Arizona, Sue Dolan of Flint, Michigan, and Keith (Barb) Brown of North Fort Myers, Florida;
step-children, David (Linda) Kelley, Janet (Tom) Day, Marian (Ron) Michalik and Roger (Janice) Kelley;
13 grandchildren;
8 great-grandchildren;
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her hubands, Clair Brown and Rudell Kelley.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions in Edna’s name to St. Baldrick’s Foundation or Humane Society of Genesee County.
