Michael Lee Fogarty, age 71, of Davison died June 9, 2021 with his family beside him at home.
Michael was born March 11, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Richard Jr. and Margaret Fogarty. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Air Force. Michael was lifelong truck driver, and worked many years at Tri City Aggregate in Holly, Michigan.
He enjoyed watching cartoons, western music, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Michael is survived by his sons: Shane Fogarty, Joshua Halberstadt, siblings: Rick (Sharon) Fogarty, Nancy (Mike) Corace-Skoken, Peggy Fogarty, Kevin Fogarty, sister in-law Mary Fogarty, grandchildren: Trishgin, Rebecca, Kourtine, and many nieces & nephews and aunts & uncles. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Billy, and son Corey Lee.
Funeral Service 1:00 PM on Monday, June 14, 2021 at Jansen Family Funeral Home - Columbiaville, where family and friends may visit Monday 11:00 AM till time of service. Memorial contributions in memory of Michael may be made the Wounded Warrior Project. Interment Smith Hill Cemetery in Otisville.
