RACKI, Amber Marie– Of Flint age 45, died Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Hospice House of Shiawassee County.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Crestwood Cemetery, 2020 East Hill Road, Grand Blanc.

Amber was born in Flint, Michigan on April 26, 1976, the daughter of Richard and Janice (Kordee) Racki.
Surviving are aunt, Sharon Yencer;
uncle, Paul Yencer;
cousin, Kevin & Sheila Yencer and children, Kaci Sara;
Haley Yencer and children, Jacob and Nick;
lifelong friends, Jessica Smith, Jason and Zander Smith,
and Randy Scott and an enormous family built of fantastic friends.
Amber had a Bachelors of Psychology from U of M Flint and a Masters in Clinical Psych from Eastern Michigan University.
She dedicated her life to helping women and children in need at REACH and Shelter of Flint and Flint Children's Museum. Amber was proud of her years Federal Grant reviewing in Washington DC.
Amber was the most pure-hearted, giving, and thoughtful individual. She always put other people first and had a deep love for her family, friends, and Animals. She never stopped trying or caring about others, and was willing to help out others without hesitation. She loved to travel, loved Beauty and the Beast, and Roses, and learning new things.
Even though lots of pain and struggles she always kept a positive attitude and was so proud to obtain her counseling license even while fighting severe health problems. Amber was one of a kind. Amber with her warm heart and giving ways built a close family out of her friends, and loved spending time with all of them. She took the time to listen, learn, and love everyone. Her heart and smile were as big as the ocean.
She was preceded in death by mother, Janice Racki; grandma, Oline Kordee; uncle, Charles Kordee and cousin, Eric Yencer.
