GASPAR, Kathleen Marie - Of Grand Blanc, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, age 76, went to be home with her Lord and Savior Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Ascension Genesys Hospital with her family by her side.
A Memorial Mass will be held 12pm Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 N. Dayton Street, Davison,
Reverend Father Andrew A. Czajkowski officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
Visitation 11am Saturday at church until the time of the Mass.
Kathleen was born in Flint, Michigan on March 10, 1946, the daughter of the late George and Anne Bisaha. Kathleen married Edward Gaspar on December 15, 1981 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She graduated from Kearsley High School, Class of 1964. Kathleen was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and Catholic Charities. She enjoyed hosting parties, counseling her family and friends and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Kathleen was employed by IBM, and owner of Your Gal for Travel and Sundae Scoop and Delicatessen.
Surviving are husband, Edward;
children, Mathew (Dawn) Fleishans, Timothy (Angela) Fleishans, Brian (Crystal) Fleishans and Nicholas (Meghann) Gaspar;
grandchildren, Mathew, Alexa, Amaya, Alayna, Olivia and Zoe Fleishans;
great-grandchildren, Teddy and Marshall;
sisters, Shirley Kozloski and Barbara (George) Snyder;
mother-in-law, Barbara Glover-Lester;
sisters-in-law, Cynthia (David) Stevens, Lee Ann (Carol Bingham) Gaspar;
brother-in-law, Troy (Lisa) Gaspar;
and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brothers, John Bisha, Bernard Bisaha, Gerald Bisaha and George Bisaha and father-in-law, Edward Gaspar.
