TAYLOR, Andrew J. ”Andy” – of Burton, MI, age 41, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 14, 2023. A Funeral Service will be held 12 PM Friday, April 21, 2023 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Daryl Taylor officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. The family will receive visitors from 2-7 PM on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Allen Funeral Home. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family, in Andrew’s memory.
Andy was born in Flint, MI on March 1, 1982, son of Ronald and Paula (Neumann) Taylor. Andy married Carrie Toth on September 18, 2010. He graduated from Flint Southwestern Academy, where he played varsity baseball and was named All-State. His love for sports led him to become MHSSA certified. Andy was a USPS carrier since 2006. Everyone who knew Andy, knew his love for Michigan Football. While his family and friends are shocked by his passing, they are thankful for his life. Andy was a quiet soul, who relished the simple pleasures of life.
Andrew is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Carrie Taylor; daughter, Paige; step-son, Michael (fiancé Brook Kirby) Jones, Jr.; parents, Ron and Paula Taylor; brother, Jason (Alison) Taylor; sister, Kelly Taylor; parents-in-law, Joseph (Carolyn) Toth, Sr.; brother-in-law, Joseph (Krystal) Toth, Jr.; sister-in-law, Rebecca (Gary) Mears; many other loving family members and good friends. He was preceded in death by mother-in-law, Beverly Toth.
