FERGUSON, Michael Charles “Mike” – of Davison, MI, Age 59, passed Away Monday, May 31, 2021 after a Hard Fought 3 year battle with melanoma cancer at his residence with his family by his side. A Funeral Service will be held 2 PM Friday, June 4, 2021, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Bob Ferguson officiating. He will be laid to rest in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 AM until the time of the service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Mike was born in Flint, MI on December 19, 1961, Beloved son of Kenneth and Rita (Marion) Ferguson. He graduated from Swartz Creek High School in 1980 and Married Christina M. Walker on July 12, 2003, in Davison, MI. Mike Proudly Served Our Country in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1984 to 1988. He enjoyed going to the casino and horse races. Mike also enjoyed collecting coins and baseball cards. He proudly wore the title of husband, father, son and friend.
He leaves to Cherish his memory, his loving wife, Christina; children, Jacob Michael and Joshua Charles Ferguson; Mother, Rita Ferguson; sister, Kimberly Ferguson; Mother-in-law, Shirley Walker; father-in-law, Lonnie Walker; Aunt and God Mother, Marie (Larry) Russell; Nieces, Amber Ferguson and Allisa Drap; Nephew, Alan Moorhouse; lifelong friends, Joe and Frank Valu; friends, Ann and Greg Turgeon; and Many other Loving Family, friends, Marine Buddies and WIHC Family. He was preceded in death by his Father, Kenneth Ferguson.
