Robert E. Lied, went home to be with the Lord on January 18, 2023. He was born on March 14, 1925. Robe served his country honorably during World War II in the Army Air Corp. He worked for Buick Motor Division for 30 years before retiring.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, and granddaughter Jena. He was married to Margaret for 66 ears. Together they had two children: Leslie (Sandra) Lied and Linda (Robert) Dunn, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home-Gladwin Chapel, 135 N. Silverleaf St., Gladwin, MI. Family will greet friends from 10:30 a.m. until time of service.
Burial will be on Friday, January 27, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, 2020 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, MI.
