Kimberly "Kimmy" Parris -Bell, age 56, of Flint, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024. Visitation will take place at 10am till the time of the Memorial Service at 12pm on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Sharp Funeral Home - Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road in Swartz Creek. Kimmy was born on July 15, 1967, to the late Albert & Sylvia Bell. She attended Swartz Creek High School class of 1985. Kimmy’s favorite place was up north in Au Gres where she spent every spring & summer. She enjoyed many things including concerts, singing, fishing, sunning, volunteering at the animal shelters and casino trips with her late mother. She even dabbled in local modeling; she had a unique since of style and loved fashion. Kimmy treasured her jewelry collection; no outfit was complete unless it was accessorized. Kimmy loved being a “mom” to her three rescue turtles: Bubba Lou, Stinky and Brody. She adored her little cousins and babysat them often. She has a very special bond with the little cousins Mia “Chicka” & Sofia “Byrd” Giacalone and Avery, Rylee & Kenned Donaldson.
She is survived by her brother, Jerry Bell (April); nephew, Chad White "Bell"; niece, Melanie McDermott; great-niece, Faith Ann McDermott; her uncles, Mike (Laura) Hardy and Randy (Marla) Hardy; her aunt, Tonya (Steve) Jacot; cousins, Marcie (Caesar) Giacalone and Brian (Sheena) Donaldson and little 2nd cousins, Mia, Sofia, Avery, Rylee and Kennedy. She is further survived by her dear cousins and the relatives in North Carolina, Edna Jean (Arlin) Stanley; special friend, Bruce Helmer and other dear family members and friends too numerous to list but never forgotten.
In addition to her parents, Albert & Sylvia Bell, she was preceded in death by her nephew, Daine White “Bell” and late husband, Poncho. |
