FENDT, Deserie L. – Of Flint, age 60, died Monday, August 10, 2020 at Hospice House of Shiawassee County.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 15, 2020 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Audrey Charleton officiating.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Friday and 12 p.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Family requests that contributions be made to Hospice House of Shiawassee County.
Deserie was born on January 5, 1960 in Flint, Michigan the daughter of Thomas and Rita (Hazel) Fendt.
Deserie was a very creative person. She enjoyed ceramics, needlepoint and adult coloring books. She also loved Zumba.
Surviving are significant other, Jeff Anderson;
mother, Rita (Bob Rippe) Collie;
step-sister, Helen (Terry) Hayes;
several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Fendt and sister, Yolanda.
