BUCHANAN, Jack H. - Of Flint, age 77, died Sunday, May 14, 2023 at Mission Point
Funeral service will be held at 11am Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Rev. Harold Burkholder officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to Missionary Fund at North Baptist Church.
Visitation 1-4pm and 6-8 pm Wednesday and 10am Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Jack was born in Northfolk, West Virginia on December 6, 1945, the son of the late Hale and Verna Buchanan. He was employed with General Motors for over 30 years. He was a member of North Baptist Church.
Surviving are children, Jack Jr., Paula (Steve) Hughes and Matt (Paula);
grandchildren, Nathan, Zachary and Jesse;
sister, Barb (Dave) Beyerlein;
and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria in 2020.
