SPARPANIC, Joanna Lee – of Clio, age 75, died Friday, August 4, 2023 at Maple Woods Manor. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, August 20, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. Memorial contributions can be made to Game on Cancer/ Kates Cancer Kickers 1 Ford Place, 5A Detroit, MI. 48202.
Joanna was born August 28,1947 in Ontonagon, Michigan to the late Donald and Marjorie (Johns) Sparpanic. She was a lifelong resident of the Clio and Flushing area. Joanna enjoyed bowling, puzzle books, the "Golden Girls" and Loretta Lynn's "You ain't woman enough to take my man" !. Joanna was loved by all her family and always had a smile for everyone. The family would like to give a special “Thank You” to the staff at Maple Woods Manor.
Surviving are: sisters, Judy (Bill) Pelkola, Carol (Jack) Hutte, Debra (Terry) Keen; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Please sign our guestbook or share an online condolence with the family at www.oguinnfh.com.
