Dias, Christopher Frederick - Age 50, of Grand Blanc, died October 21, 2022. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Friday October 28 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 E. Bristol Road, Burton. Visitation will be held 3-8 PM with a sharing service at 6:30 PM and Rosary at 7 PM Thursday October 27 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek; and 10 AM until the time of the Mass Friday October 28 at the church.
Christopher was born April 29, 1972 in Louisville, KY, the son of Dr. Leonard Dias and Yvonne (Thalis) Dias. He was a graduate of Grand Blanc High School and attended Mott Community College and Lansing Community College. He worked in Sales and marketing. He had a true passion for aviation. He loved animals especially rescuing stray cats. Chris was known for his fantastic sense of humor.
Surviving are: his mother Yvonne; sister Kim; and brother Len Jr. He was preceded in death by his father Dr. Leonard Dias; aunt and god-mother Gerry of India; and uncle Clarence of New York.
