Sara Ann (Bogue) Hall - Age 91, of Swartz Creek, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on January 17, 2025. Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Pastor Ron Emmerling will officiate. Burial will follow in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-8PM Wednesday and 10AM until the time of service Thursday. Sara was born March 16, 1933 in Sledge, MS, the daughter of LB and Irma Bogue. She was raised working in the cotton fields with her father. She married Joseph T. Hall Jr in 1952 and was an Air Force wife for 20 years. Sara was a member of Corunna Road Baptist Church and retired from Best Products. She is survived by her son, Joseph B. (Elizabeth) Hall; grandson, Joseph Lee (Andrea) Hall; granddaughter, Lindsay Hall-Krebs; great-grandchildren, Aedan Krebs, Audrey Hall, Stephan Hall, Sawyer Hall, Alex Hall, Tristan Simmons, Josh Simmons and Rachel Simmons; brothers, Prentiss Willie Bogue and Terry Lee (Donna) Bogue; sister, Judy Kay Steinley; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph T. Hall Jr; brothers, James Harold Bogue and Max Bogue; sisters, Irma-Jean (Bogue) Brown and Sue (Bogue) Skeen. Thank you to the staff of the Meadows of Owosso (who became like family). They took impeccable care of Sara through her final years.
