Lorraine Esther Miller
Age 73 of Chesaning passed away on Sunday, November 6 2022 at her home.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at St. John's Lutheran church in Marion Springs with burial to follow. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Wednesday at McGeehan Funeral Homes - Martin Chapel in Chesaning.
Lorraine was born on June 24, 1949 to Enno and Emmeline (Witt) Starke in Marion Township, Michigan. She married the love of her life, Dale Miller, on September 27, 1969. They shared 53 years of marriage this year.
During her life, Lorraine loved being outside working in the yard and gardening, with goals of it looking like a park. She also enjoyed mushroom hunting and coupon cutting, but her most favorite thing was spending time with her family.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband; children, Jeffery (Tammy) Miller, Scott (Heather) Miller, and Brad Miller; grand children Tiffany Oswald, Jake (Ann) Oswald, Stephan (Rachael) Allison, Cassie (Ahmad) Bajjey, Jordan Miller, Brennan (Robyn) Miller and Mason Miller; six great grandchildren, Grant, Hayden, Luke, Dean, Noel, Evelynn; siblings, Gerald (Margaret) Starke, Marlene Holton, Martin (Diane) Starke, Roderick (Terry) Starke, Victor (Marjorie) Starke, Jan (Lou) Vedrode; and sister-in-law, Sherry (Bob) Macomber.
She is predeceased by her parents; brother, Larry Starke; and brothers-in-law, Bruce Crook and Dan Holton.
