RENO, Jacqueline Jean (Matejcek) - Of Swartz Creek, age 73, went to be with her precious Lord after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, February 6, 2014.
Jacqueline’s life will be celebrated 11am Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Faith Missionary Church, 1327 North Elms Road, Flint,
Pastor Tom Knight officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Faith Missionary Church or the Wounded Warriors Project.
Visitation 1-8pm Friday and 10am Saturday until the time of the service at Faith Missionary Church. There will be no visitation at Swartz Funeral Home.
Jackie was an active, faithful member at Faith Missionary Church. She enjoyed her family, oil painting, jewelry making and cooking.
Surviving are her devoted husband of 55 years, Denny Reno,
daughters, Denise (Robb) White and Dana (Kevin) Welninski;
grandchildren, Lauren (Justin) Meadows, Krystal (Allen) Bednarski, Mallory (Matt) Harner, Robby (Shelby) White, Courtney White and Andy White;
precious, devoted sister, Judy(Ron)Helms;
special aunt, Emma (Hobson);
lifelong friend, Pat Wanar Marshall;
brothers-in-law, Dick and Pat Reno, Dave Reno;
sisters-in-law, Diane and Phil Weston and Darlene Fall, her shopping buddy;
many other beloved family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by parents, Anton J. Matejcek and Lizbeth (Schreiber), and stepfather, Alvin Harvey, Sr.
