WALLACE, Daniel James – of Davison, MI, age 56, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023. A Funeral Liturgy will be held 12 Noon Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski officiating. Interment immediately following the service in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Tuesday from 2-8 PM at Allen Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, in Daniel’s memory.
Daniel was born in Flint, MI on April 29, 1966, son of the late David Lee, Sr. and Joyce (Lipstraw) Wallace. He loved to go fishing. Daniel enjoyed going to classic car shows with his grandkids. He found peace and fellowship that was created through the people in AA.
Daniel is survived by 2 children, Robert “Buddy” (Margaret Kraja) Wallace and Casey (Parker Marshal) Wallace; grandchildren, Julius, Marel and Daisey Wallace; 3 siblings, David Lee Wallace, Jr., Pam (Tony McComb) Dunkerson and Douglas (Mona) Wallace; niece and nephews, Aaron Dunkerson, Jacob Dunkerson, Amanda, Jared and Nathan Wallace; many other loving family members and good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Lee, Sr. and Joyce Wallace.
